Welcome to IZZYLYF STORE! We value your satisfaction and aim to provide an excellent shopping experience. In case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review the return and refund policy below, which outlines the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
General Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
You are eligible for a return or replacement only if your purchase meets the following conditions:
- Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive a product that does not match the item description on our website or if the wrong item is delivered.
- Quality or Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a quality or manufacturing defect, or is damaged upon delivery.
- Period: 7-day return/exchange period from the date of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature of our products, one piece at a time, making each piece unique some items may have minor variations in color, size, small pin hole or shape. These slight imperfections are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return or exchange. Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift Cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Note: Products purchased during all festive-season discount or sale events are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return Process
If your purchase qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:
- Video Proof Requirement: Please note unboxing video is mandatory for claim.
- While opening your parcel, please record one continuous, well‑lit unboxing video—showing the sealed package, opening it in a 360° view with the item clearly in focus—to help us verify any issues and process your return or refund promptly.
- The label must be clearly visible in the video, displaying the AWB Number, Order ID, and package barcode.
- The video should be recorded in one continuous take without any edits or pauses.
- The video must maintain clear focus, stability, and a moderate pace-avoid blurriness, shakiness, or excessive speed.
- Contact Us: Email us at izzylyfstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Reason for the return (include images and videos if the product is defective or incorrect)
- Tampered Packages: If you notice any tampering with the package, do not accept the item. Return it to the delivery person before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Return Conditions: All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and labels attached. Please return the item in its original packaging.

Important: Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images/videos sent after 48 hours of the delivery.
Refunds and Replacements
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective or incorrect, we will exchange it for the correct or a different product of equal value, or issue a Credit Note or Refunds (at our discretion) will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspecting the returned item.
- Credit Noted: A credit note (valid for 1 year, redeemable online).
- COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as credit coupons of the same value, not as cash.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be covered by us only if the item is defective, broken, or incorrect.
- Notification: You will receive an email/WhatsApp/SMS or phone notification once your return has been processed.
Bulk Buyers or B2B Customers
Sample Orders
Before placing a bulk order, you may purchase a sample of any item to evaluate its quality and suitability.
Return Policy for Bulk Orders
- Return Requests: Bulk order return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for bulk returns.
- Custom Orders: Custom or special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Refund Process: Bulk order refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
